• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;

Upon account termination for a confirmed breach of these Terms, cd777 may forfeit any remaining balance, void pending bets, and recover funds paid out as a result of the breach. Where account closure is initiated by the player voluntarily (and not as a result of a breach), any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard verification procedures.
